求助英語問卷翻譯，論文急用!

由于論文需要，急需翻譯一份外文問卷，本人英語超爛，希望英語底子好的，幫忙翻譯一份問卷，39個題目，不甚感激�。≌撐募庇�！ Please circle the number that corresponds to the degree to which you agree with each statement. 1.
