大神幫忙看看這篇文章可以降重后再投嗎？還是編輯說(shuō)的客套話(huà) 已有3人參與

前幾天剛投了一篇環(huán)境2區(qū)的論文，今天被拒絕了，應(yīng)該是重復(fù)率過(guò)高（extremely high number of CrossCheck Report）？然后說(shuō)了一些話(huà)，請(qǐng)教各位大神，這樣的可以降重后重新投嗎？還是編輯的客套話(huà)？ 附原文： After careful review by the editors and experts in the field, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept your manuscript for publication in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety. The comments of the reviewers are included below in order for you to understand the basis for our decision.
