拒稿信沒有editor's comments正常嗎 已有2人參與

昨天晚上投了total，凌晨就收到據(jù)稿信，肯定是編輯那里沒有過(guò)，發(fā)送過(guò)來(lái)的就是一段被拒的通用信，連editor's comments都沒有，我看一般的沒送審被拒信都是有editor's comments，這是怎么回事呢？麻煩廣大網(wǎng)友看看。謝謝謝謝大家！ Dear Professor xx, Thank you for considering Science of Total Environment.
