ieee access剛分配ADM，讓重新提交 已有6人參與

就是，你還需要寫一份response letter吧，我感覺可能是，我沒遇到這種情況，我也沒在with decision中重投過，按審稿人的意見修改后都是submit as a new paper 發(fā)自小木蟲Android客戶端 |
