求助！��！論文被編輯確定為一稿多投（實(shí)則不然），該如何處理？ 已有6人參與

各位蟲友大家好，事情經(jīng)過是這樣的： 2017.9.11 首先一篇長(zhǎng)文投至期刊 A（二區(qū) 2.32），期刊 A 3天后拒絕，因?yàn)樽謹(jǐn)?shù)超限（13000字）。隨后將長(zhǎng)文理論部分與應(yīng)用部分拆開，分為 Part I （7000字） 及 Part II （8000字）（兩部分除了邏輯是相關(guān)的以外，內(nèi)容沒有仍何重復(fù)）仍然投至期刊 A。期刊 A 隨后將 Part I 理論部分拒絕（可能因?yàn)槠淦驊?yīng)用）。 之后將 Part I 論文名字進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修改（意思為僅是理論分析）并投至期刊 B（三區(qū) 1.72）。經(jīng)過四個(gè)月審稿后得到意見 (2018.1.20)（R1建議小修后接受，R2認(rèn)為文章貢獻(xiàn)不大，需要有實(shí)際應(yīng)用）。按照 R2 的意見，將 Part II 中的應(yīng)用核心部分及一小部分實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果作為一個(gè)小節(jié)（5.4 An application example of …）加入 Part I（整體不超過 1 頁，900字左右）。 然后又過了三個(gè)月，今天收到郵件說： It is identified by one of the reviewers that you have submitted an almost identical article to [Journal A]. It is considered a dishonesty and serious offence for such a behavior since at the time of submission that you confirmed this paper was only submitted [Journal B] and was not submitted to under review elsewhere. Based on the above, your paper is rejected for publication at EO. Review comments are provided for your reference at the end of this email, nevertheless. 然而兩個(gè)審稿人的意見都是肯定的，比如： R1: I believe that this paper needs a minor revision and can be considered for publication at [Journal B] after this revision. R2: I am pleased to report that upon the review of the revised version of the article, I can recommend it for publication with some revisions.……Therefore, the paper will be recommended for publication after addressing following items: 但是 R2 提到： It can be inferred from the article that the *** algorithm is the original contribution of this article. If that is correct, the authors need to mention that in the section which summaries the contribution of the paper and comment on the algorithm's performance in comparison to other methods.However, if the algorithm is borrowed from another working/submitted articles, authors may need to identify that and use appropriate citing. 面對(duì)編輯的這一番話： It is considered a dishonesty and serious offence for such a behavior since at the time of submission that you confirmed this paper was only submitted [Journal B] and was not submitted to under review elsewhere. 我該如何處理？ 是申訴還是寫封郵件給編輯說明情況？ 只希望不要在這篇期刊被列入黑名單了  ，因?yàn)檫�有兩篇在這期刊上審著呢 請(qǐng)大家?guī)蛶兔�，第一次碰到這種事情，沒有仍何經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此先謝過大家了！ |

嗯，一篇大文章拆成兩篇小的投，完全不是問題，甚至要是投了一輪之后，兩篇小的都不幸杯具了，再次前后挪移整合再分別投出都不是問題。 現(xiàn)在的問題是同樣的內(nèi)容（哪怕很小一部分），同時(shí)提交給了兩家期刊，這確實(shí)是涉及到一稿多投了，而且這是個(gè)踩線的態(tài)度問題。 重復(fù)的部分不多，OK，那么是just similar，還是the same？如果是前者，或許可以申訴，道歉，表示因?yàn)樘幚聿粐?yán)謹(jǐn)（看起來類似，但是實(shí)際上還是有區(qū)別的），申請(qǐng)更換實(shí)例，看看是否被允許？ |
