求大神幫助小弟翻譯一下生物論文摘要，急啊

|
從土壤中分離得到一株對(duì)一些病原菌具有抑制作用的菌株，并將其命名為BLy。該菌株能夠產(chǎn)生多種生物活性物質(zhì)，并對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用。通過對(duì)菌株BLy的16S rDNA 的序列測(cè)定和同源性比對(duì)，以及結(jié)合形態(tài)和生理生化指標(biāo)，將其鑒定為地衣芽孢桿菌（Bacillus licheniformis）。該菌在醫(yī)藥、飼料加工、農(nóng)藥等領(lǐng)域都有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本論文以LB培養(yǎng)基對(duì)地衣芽孢桿菌BLy進(jìn)行搖瓶發(fā)酵，提取不同時(shí)間段的發(fā)酵液，經(jīng)過離心及過濾獲得無菌發(fā)酵液，以受其抑制作用較為明顯的金黃色葡萄球菌作為指示菌，用平板抑菌圈法檢測(cè)BLy菌株產(chǎn)抑菌物質(zhì)發(fā)酵曲線。用根霉菌、酵母菌、毛霉菌、青霉菌、紅酵母、黑曲霉、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌及枯草芽孢桿菌作為指示菌株，測(cè)定其抑菌譜，得出該菌所產(chǎn)抑菌物質(zhì)主要對(duì)革蘭氏陽性細(xì)菌金黃色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢桿菌具有較好的抑制效果，對(duì)革蘭氏陰性細(xì)菌大腸桿菌抑制作用不明顯，對(duì)所給真菌無抑制作用。 |

第一段翻譯： The strains separated from soil have inhibitory effect on some pathogenic, and which are defined as Bly. The strain was able to produce various bioactive substances,and has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. It was identified as Bacillus licheniformis through the determination and homology comparison the sequence of the strain BLy 16S rDNA, as well as the combination of morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes. The bacteria has a broad application prospect in the fields of medicine, pesticide, feed processing. |

第二段： In the paper, the LB culture medium for Bacillus licheniformis BLyshake flask fermentation, the fermentation liquid extraction in different time, after centrifugation andfiltration to obtain sterile broth, with its inhibitory effect was obvious in Staphylococcus aureus as indicator bacteria, with flat bacteriostatic circle method to detect the fermentation curve of the antibacyerial substance produced by Bly strains. With Rhizopus, Penicillium, Mucor, Yeast, Rhodotorula glutinis, Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis as indicator strains, through determining of the antibacterial spectrum, the antibacterial substances produced by the strains mainly had better inhibition effect on gram positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, had no obviously inhibitory effect on the gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli, also had no inhibition effect on the fungi. |
