Acta Materialia 審稿和編輯意見如下，可否修改再投？ 已有5人參與

8月23號投了篇acta materialia, 第一次投這個雜志，審稿過程很快，當天主編分配給了Richard Wagner編輯，with editor幾天后under review，under review了四五天后under editor evaluation，后過一天收到意見，審稿人只有一位，提出文章結(jié)構(gòu)要重新組織，文章數(shù)據(jù)和內(nèi)容倒不是太多意見，三四個小問題再加上幾篇參考文獻，編輯最后給的意見是據(jù)搞，具體如下，我想是否可以依據(jù)審稿人的意見仔細修改重投呢？？？Note from the editor里面倒是說可以依據(jù)意見仔細修改后再投，這個是不是套話呢，還是說這個雜志偶爾也是據(jù)搞再投。 第一次投這個雜志，沒有經(jīng)驗，也是第一次遇到審稿人給大修編輯據(jù)搞情況，主要原因是審稿人意見很好回答，重新組織也很簡單。。。我是想重投一次，求助各位有經(jīng)驗的專家了。。。 I have now received an independent review of your manuscript and have carefully reviewed the referee's comments (please see reviewer's comments below). The reviewer raises strong reservations. In view of the concerns raised in the review, I am sorry to inform you that this manuscript is not accepted for publication. However I have an important comment: this paper is difficult to read since there is too much mixing in data analysis and discussion. Then the reader will have some difficulties to separate the experimental results on which we can be confident and the interpretation that can be discussed. I would suggest a complete reorganization of the paper: 1) Introduction2) Experimental details3) Results and data analysis of X4) Results and data analysis of X5) Results 6) Discussion: comparison and interpretation of the experimental results7) Conclusion Now going rapidly through the paper: XXXXXX By a major reorganization of the paper this paper should be accepted. ---Note from the editor: On grounds of the numerous critical comments made by the reviewer, and in contrast to her/his recommendation, I have to reject the paper in its present state. reject the paper in its present state,意思是打退當前版本吧。 esubmit a carefully revised paper which does account for the comments and recommendations by the reviewer，意思是讓你參照審稿人的意見好好改稿子。 provide an detailed explanation on how you have complied with the reviewer's comments，改完后提交告訴他們你很認真的考慮了審稿人的建議。 It will be treated as a new submission。就當你投了個新稿子。 你已經(jīng)按照他們的意見改完了稿子，再找這個審稿人的話他再嫌寫的爛豈不是打自己臉。  |

第一次投這個雜志，可能編輯權(quán)利比較大，對工作不感冒吧，或者涉及到文章結(jié)構(gòu)這種程度的修改，編輯都給據(jù)稿哈？3樓2015-10-09 10:18:48
