計(jì)算機(jī)sci期刊投稿半個(gè)月直接被拒，新年前收到這種拒信好傷心啊 已有2人參與

投稿Neurocomputing前信心滿滿，沒想到在編輯眼里這么差，半個(gè)月直接拒稿（似乎都不用外審） ，審稿評(píng)論也非常不好，毫不留情地說論文達(dá)不到該期刊的水準(zhǔn)，總結(jié)一下審稿意見：1）理論創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)不夠，2）英語表達(dá)問題，3）參考文獻(xiàn)沒有引用到Neurocomputing期刊（這個(gè)問題是不是很大，我一篇都沒有引用到）理論創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)這里沒法修改了，Neurocomputing說我的論文達(dá)不到這種級(jí)別的期刊，那我之前查到符合我論文方向（不平衡分類）的以下期刊都不適合了？感覺自己心有點(diǎn)大，不過這個(gè)期刊列表是我從一篇不平衡分類綜述性論文里面選擇的，它統(tǒng)計(jì)了近幾年不平衡分類論文在以下期刊發(fā)表的數(shù)量。我的論文idea是利用強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)解決不平衡分類問題，將分類問題分解為一個(gè)競(jìng)猜（分類）游戲問題，智能體每分對(duì)一個(gè)少數(shù)類，給予較高的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，分錯(cuò)則給予較高的懲罰，對(duì)于多數(shù)類給予較低的獎(jiǎng)賞和懲罰。最后實(shí)驗(yàn)效果也特別好。論文已經(jīng)放在arxiv上了，計(jì)算機(jī)的大佬們可以幫忙瞄一瞄。。。希望推薦一些符合不平衡分類方向并且難度不大的sci期刊，樓主現(xiàn)在研二下，馬上要開始找實(shí)習(xí)了，而學(xué)院畢業(yè)要求是一篇sci論文。 論文arxiv鏈接 期刊名 影響因子 JCR分區(qū)（學(xué)院按照這個(gè)分區(qū)） 中科院分區(qū) Neurocomputing 3.241 1區(qū) 2區(qū) Neural Networks 7.197 1區(qū) 2區(qū) Pattern Recognition 3.962 1區(qū) 2區(qū) expert systems with applications 3.768 1區(qū) 2區(qū) Knowledge-based Systems 4.396 1區(qū) 2區(qū) IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering 2.775 1區(qū) 2區(qū) Applied Soft Computing 3.907 1區(qū) 2區(qū) Soft Computing 2.204 2區(qū) 3區(qū) Pattern Recognition Letters 1.952 2區(qū) 3區(qū) Information Sciences 4.305 1區(qū) 2區(qū) 這篇論文從做實(shí)驗(yàn)到撰寫英文論文花了半年多的時(shí)間，也學(xué)會(huì)不少東西，比如latex排版、論文矢量圖制作和文獻(xiàn)查找等，這個(gè)過程全是個(gè)人摸索，但是投稿階段導(dǎo)師還是沒有什么指導(dǎo)，現(xiàn)在被拒了她叫我找次一點(diǎn)的期刊，可我真的不太懂這些問題啊，不清楚難度和投稿周期。寫作論文時(shí)每次寫完發(fā)給她就一大片一片地刪除掉讓我改改改，有時(shí)覺得她改得不好都無法反駁，叫我做的實(shí)驗(yàn)也是不考慮難度。�！，F(xiàn)在又讓我重新將論文翻譯成中文發(fā)給她，簡(jiǎn)直煩死了，這個(gè)年真不好過。。。大家的導(dǎo)師是不是都這樣，算了，吐槽完畢還是得修改翻譯。。。希望有計(jì)算機(jī)的大佬們指導(dǎo)一下（如果瞄一下我arxiv上的論文更好）推薦一些符合的期刊給我。。。 一下是審稿意見（非常打擊）： Thank you for submitting your work to Neurocomputing. Despite having some interesting ideas, the manuscript has the following critical limitations: 1) Lack of scientific novelty and contributions: the scientific novelty is limited, the technical contributions (heuristic methodology without sound theory justification) are rather weak, and the impact in either theoretical or empirical results is not significant enough for a premier journal publication. 2) Clarity and presentation: the paper is not clearly presented, there are quite a lot of English writing errors/typos, the presentation is not satisfied. Overall, the quality of this submission is clearly below the acceptance bar, and we regret that we could not recommend publishing this manuscript for the journal. 加油修改吧，現(xiàn)在理論創(chuàng)新很難。但是你可以換個(gè)角度說你做的東西，跟其他人相比你設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)或是思路的優(yōu)勢(shì)，解決了別人沒有或是解決不了的問題，中過兩篇neurocomputing，感覺其中一篇理論創(chuàng)新很小，就是實(shí)驗(yàn)多 發(fā)自小木蟲Android客戶端 |

我11月份也被neurocomputing拒了，也是編輯審了3周，沒送外審。這個(gè)期刊要求還是挺高的，我已轉(zhuǎn)投三區(qū)期刊 發(fā)自小木蟲IOS客戶端 |
