| 由功能設(shè)計(jì)得到的產(chǎn)品原理結(jié)構(gòu)能否滿足功能要求，缺少有效的評(píng)判方法，導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)工作的反復(fù)和資源的浪費(fèi)。流是功能設(shè)計(jì)中的重要概念之一，是表征功能能否實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要依據(jù)。依據(jù)原理結(jié)構(gòu)，利用AMESim建模，在結(jié)構(gòu)層上描述了流的傳遞關(guān)系，應(yīng)用物理規(guī)劃法給出了流合法取值范圍的確定方法，進(jìn)而提出了一種原理解評(píng)價(jià)方法。以戶外用甩干機(jī)為工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。（功能設(shè)計(jì)： functional design；原理結(jié)構(gòu)：principle structure；原理解：principle solution；流：Flow；合法：Legal；物理規(guī)劃：Physical Programming） |
