| ANSYS做焊接模擬的時(shí)候,為什么單元尺寸對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果那么大?我把單元尺寸劃為2mm的時(shí)候,計(jì)算的溫度是2000多,但是把尺寸劃為1mm的時(shí)候,計(jì)算出來(lái)的結(jié)果有幾萬(wàn)度?我加載的是體生熱熱源…… |

看了一下你的命令流,有幾個(gè)問(wèn)題: 1 你的第一個(gè)載荷步,定義所有節(jié)點(diǎn)的溫度為 25,階躍加載。然后求解。這一步似乎沒(méi)有必要,只要定義初始均勻溫度就可以: TUNIF,25 2 第二個(gè)載荷步,殺死了體積 2 的所有單元,刪除了第一個(gè)載荷步定義的溫度載荷,然后求解。 這一步的結(jié)果,因?yàn)闆](méi)有其它熱載荷條件,各節(jié)點(diǎn)的溫度仍然是 25.。 3 然后是一個(gè)循環(huán),共 20 載荷步步,每次激活體積 2 的部分單元,并施加生成熱 (HEGN) 載荷。 4 下面是又一個(gè)循環(huán),50 個(gè)載荷步,每步 3 秒,分 10 個(gè)子步;刪除原有載荷,在每個(gè)面上施加對(duì)流載荷。換熱系數(shù) 80 ;介質(zhì)溫度 25。 這一步似乎可以合并為一個(gè)載荷步,150 秒,分500 個(gè)子步。 5 最后,時(shí)間增加 300,在每個(gè)面上施加對(duì)流載荷,換熱系數(shù) -1 (表示采用材料參數(shù)) ;介質(zhì)溫度 25。 這里可能的問(wèn)題: 1 加載方式:只在第一個(gè)載荷步定義為 KBC,1,即階躍加載。后面沒(méi)有在定義 KBC,因此所有載荷步都是階躍加載。不過(guò),出第一步外,后面可能使用斜坡方式加載更合適。為此,需要在第二個(gè)載荷步求解前增加命令: KBC, 0 2 最后一個(gè)載荷步,對(duì)流載荷的換熱系數(shù)為 -1,表示使用材料的對(duì)流換熱系數(shù),但是你的材料中沒(méi)有定義該換熱系數(shù),不知道程序使用了什么數(shù)值?本來(lái)對(duì)流是為了散熱,負(fù)的換熱系數(shù),是否變成加熱了? (瞎說(shuō)的)。 3 最后一個(gè)命令:SOLVE WiseMedia 的格式不對(duì),只要 solve 就夠了。 |

謝謝!我看了一下,如果把載荷改為斜坡載荷的話(huà),求出的溫度場(chǎng)有問(wèn)題,溫度值一會(huì)變大,一會(huì)變小,不符合焊接過(guò)程中的溫度場(chǎng);對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)我開(kāi)始設(shè)置的應(yīng)該是有問(wèn)題,改了之后溫度從幾萬(wàn)降到6000了;那個(gè)SOLVE命令,我沒(méi)有看懂你說(shuō)的是什么意思啊。 我覺(jué)得這個(gè)是不是載荷施加的問(wèn)題,我是把體載荷直接作為載荷施加在焊縫區(qū)域的所有節(jié)點(diǎn)上面,不知道是不是有問(wèn)題。 |
