主編是：based on the enclosed set of reviews, i must reject the manuscript for publication in the ieee transactions on circuits and systems for video technology at this time. however, a new manuscript may be submitted as a resubmit, which takes into consideration these comments. resubmissions must be submitted within one year (365 days). ae： all the three expert reviewers are completely unanimous in recommending this manuscript as major revision. basically, i like the paper in its motivation, idea, and organization. however, some key technical contributions were not convincingly depicted and demonstrated, as pointed out by the reviewers. so, i would ask the authors to prepare a sufficiently revised version for the next round of review. 有兩個(gè)審稿人都提出了我該刪一些圖并增加一些對(duì)比試驗(yàn) 這些圖我都刪掉了對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)也增加了 但是有一個(gè)審稿人 對(duì)于一些我提出的新概念有疑惑，用不用在論文中重新寫一段來(lái)解釋還是寫個(gè)reponse回復(fù)審稿人就行了 這種重投的概率大嗎 ae說(shuō)審稿人給了大修 但是我這面看不到審稿人給的狀態(tài) |
