題目:酶催化誘導(dǎo)制備碳納米材料 摘要:本實(shí)驗(yàn)以石墨為原料,采用改良的Hummers法制備氧化石墨烯(GO),通過(guò)控制辣根過(guò)氧化物酶(HRP)和過(guò)氧化氫(H2O2)的用量和反應(yīng)時(shí)間還原制備出石墨烯,并實(shí)現(xiàn)納米可控。利用傅立葉紅外色譜儀和掃描電子顯微鏡分別對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征,采用電化學(xué)工作站三電極系統(tǒng)對(duì)所制備的石墨烯用循環(huán)伏安法進(jìn)行電化學(xué)性能測(cè)定,并根據(jù)電化學(xué)響應(yīng)選擇修飾電極在PBS緩沖溶液中反應(yīng)的最佳時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明:800μL的10mg/mL GO溶液加入80μL 5mg/mL的HRP,再加入200μL的10-3mol/L過(guò)氧化氫(H2O2)、反應(yīng)10d得到的石墨烯形貌最佳。電化學(xué)性能測(cè)定中反應(yīng)25min,電位在0.98V呈現(xiàn)出Au的氧化峰,而其它時(shí)間的循環(huán)伏安曲線無(wú)顯著的氧化峰出現(xiàn),說(shuō)明反應(yīng)25min時(shí),生成的納米金粒子量最多。 關(guān)鍵字:碳納米材料;氧化石墨烯(GO);酶催化;葡萄糖氧化酶 |

題目:金錢(qián)草有效成份對(duì)草酸鈣消蝕的影響 摘 要:本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用單因素法研究金錢(qián)草有效成份對(duì)草酸鈣的消蝕影響。首先對(duì)分光光度法測(cè)定鈣離子條件進(jìn)行選擇。選擇最大波長(zhǎng),最合適的乙酸乙酸鈉緩沖溶液,鈣顯色劑的用量,以及顯色時(shí)間,繪制鈣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線。其次對(duì)金錢(qián)草有效成份對(duì)草酸鈣消蝕的影響進(jìn)行研究,選擇最適的溶劑,反應(yīng)溫度,反應(yīng)時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明:鈣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的繪制的最適條件為590nm波長(zhǎng)下,pH5.33乙酸乙酸鈉緩沖溶液,0.08g鈣顯色劑,顯色10min;金錢(qián)草有效成份對(duì)草酸鈣消蝕影響的最適條件是在無(wú)水乙醇為有機(jī)溶劑的條件下,在60℃油浴鍋中反應(yīng)1h。 關(guān)鍵詞:金錢(qián)草;草酸鈣;吸光值;分光光度 能不能再幫我翻譯一下這個(gè) |
