corrosion science期刊論文修改意見求助 已有2人參與

這篇文章初審意見還行，一個(gè)專家建議直接錄用，另一個(gè)專家提出一些意見，讓修改。改好后我提交回去，編輯一直糾結(jié)一些格式問題，來來回回三次了，這次編輯努力貌似要拒稿，請(qǐng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)幫忙看看，現(xiàn)在是個(gè)啥情況.... I regret to inform you that this paper is STILL not up to standard, after 5 total submissions (original + 4 revisions). We must therefore take the decision to reject it. Please refer to the editor's comments listed below. In every report, you have been asked to CHECK your paper, but there are continuing errors. In particular, I would point out comment no. 1 below, which shows a huge error in your paper. Errors like this should NOT appear after so many resubmissions. If you wish to CHECK your entire paper, as requested so many times, and ensure that there are no errors at all, then you can resubmit it, and it will be considered again. It would now need to be as a new submission. If you do this, you will need to provide a covering letter stating what has been done in response to EACH of the comments below, as well as any other changes made.
