投稿被拒，怎么回復編輯呢 已有4人參與

第一次投稿，文章投出去不到3天就被編輯部拒絕了，未通過編輯委員會的初步篩選，理由很官方，但是后面又說可以找其他合適的期刊，我還需要回復嗎？感謝大家的指教！ 編輯信件如下： We regret to inform you that your manuscript has failed to pass through a preliminary screening process by the Editorial Board before proceeding to the next stage of peer review process. Important screening criteria in KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering include (1) significance, originality, and impact on the civil engineering profession, (2) possibility of moving forward to acceptance in rounds of rigorous peer review process of our journal. We are sorry that your manuscript does not meet at least one of these criteria, and we therefore must reject it.
