CC拒稿重投 已有4人參與

論壇的大佬們，小弟最近投的CC回來的審稿意見是拒稿重投，4個審稿人三個都挺正面，讓稍微補點實驗，有一個審稿人直接拒稿，提了一些問題也沒有讓補實驗，修改后重新投的幾率高嗎 Thank you for your submission to ChemComm, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
