IEEE trans拒稿重投前需要給主編發(fā)郵件嗎？

筆者投稿IEEE transactions on Intelligent Vehicles. 兩個(gè)審稿人，一個(gè)大修，一個(gè)小修，主編給了拒稿重投，并附上如下回信 “Reviewer Comments concerning your manuscript have been obtained and are copied below. Based on the attached reviewers' comments, we will not be able to publish your manuscript in our transactions. However, I believe the topic of your paper is interesting and beneficial to TIV, therefore I would like to invite you to revise thoroughly according to our review reports, and resubmit your revision as a New paper.Sample Text Our new review process will be much fast and of higher quality, a first decision should be reached in 3 weeks and 2 weeks for the sequential revision. ” 我已經(jīng)按照要求修改完畢并發(fā)給主編了，如今已過去10天，尚未收到主編回復(fù) 那么請(qǐng)問下一步如何操作？ （1）繼續(xù)等待直到回復(fù)，然后才重新在系統(tǒng)上提交？ （2）直接在系統(tǒng)上重新提交？ 謝謝！ |
