摘 要 對(duì)二甲苯(PX)是苯的衍生物,是一種無(wú)色透明、氣味芬芳的液態(tài)芳烴化合物,PX用于合成對(duì)苯二甲酸(PTA)、對(duì)苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)以及對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),進(jìn)而生產(chǎn)塑料、聚酯纖維和薄膜等。石油、天然氣、煤、生物質(zhì)資源是生產(chǎn)PX的主要來(lái)源。 本文以甲醇、甲苯、水、氫氣為原料生產(chǎn)對(duì)二甲苯,以Aspen plus為模擬工具,對(duì)甲苯甲醇烷基化制取對(duì)二甲苯的工藝流程進(jìn)行分工段模擬,未反應(yīng)完的甲苯和氫氣回收作為原料再利用,達(dá)到了清潔生產(chǎn)。 利用模擬所得的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)換熱器及精餾塔進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并選取了適宜的換熱器及精餾塔,利用智能選泵軟件選取了符合要求的泵,同時(shí)對(duì)其它各設(shè)備進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計(jì)與選型。 關(guān)鍵詞:對(duì)二甲苯;Aspen plus;工藝流程;設(shè)計(jì) |

Abstract: As we know, PX, one kind of the Benzene derivatives. is a colorless and transparent、fragrant liquid of aromatic compounds. It is applied to Synthesize erephthalic acid (PTA), dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene terephthalate (PET), then producing Plastic, polyester fibers and films, etc.The mainly sources to produce PX contain oil, gas, coal, biomass resources. On this thesis we make paraxylene from methanol, toluene, water, and hydrogen. and using Aspen plus as a simulative tool to simulate the process, in which Alkylating toluene with methanol to prepare paraxylene in sections. Recycling unreacted toluene and hydrogen as a raw material to achieve cleaner production. Making use of the data obtained form simulation to design heat exchangers and distillation columns in detail, then choose the suitable heat exchanger and distillation column.Using intelligent pump selection software to select the right pump, choosing and designing other equipment for the preliminary use.
