如果您有即將發(fā)表的研究工作，與 ”分析化學(xué)“ 相關(guān)的，比如 microfluidic, biosensor, single-molecule detection / imaging, ultra-sensitive detection, pathogen / bacterial, RNA，F(xiàn)RET，molecular beacon, LDR 等等， 能否友情引用一下我的工作呢？ 如果是綜述類(lèi)的文章，比如 review, book chapter 就太好了，因?yàn)椴皇芷拗�，可以適當(dāng)展開(kāi)討論一下，多說(shuō)幾句。引用的時(shí)候，能否把我相關(guān)的幾篇文章，包括 paper, dissertation, conference paper，一并放在 footnote 里呢？ 如果你沒(méi)時(shí)間看我的 paper，我可以給你提供一個(gè) outline, 如下： 當(dāng)然，如果您感興趣我的研究，那是再歡迎不過(guò)了，歡迎指正！ 可以按照你自己的理解，盡情進(jìn)行正面評(píng)價(jià)。 Peng et al. discovered COC (cylic olefin copolymer) can be used in microfluidic chip for single fluorescence molecule detection due to its extremely low auto-fluorescence and superior optical properties (1) (2)(3)(4). Peng et al. first demonstrated that a LDR assay (combining molecular beacon construction and single-pair FRET readout) can be successfully run on this chip for pathogen detection （2）(3), and mRNA expression analysis （2）(4) at single-molecule resolution. Peng et al. designed an innovative molecular beacon probe that reshape itself into a closed loop to turn on the fluorescence signal whenever a target DNA or RNA sequence is captured (2)(3)(4). This strategy allows superior signal-to-noise ratio in single-molecule detection and the molecular beacon probe has been used to detect DNA and mRNA transcripts at ultra-low concentrations. Peng et al. designed a LDR assay coupled with spFRET readout to allow near real-time answer and the assay has been utilized to detection bacteria pathogen in as short as 2.6 min. (2)(3) The advantage of on-chip LDR is linear amplification of rare target DNA/RNA that enables near real-time result and un-biased quantification. This is very useful in low copy # mRNA detection （2)(4). In addition, Peng et al. designed a compact single molecule detection platform with integrated optical readout for bacterial analysis. This system is featured by FPGA and orthogonal optical fiber configuration on the chip to minimize the footprint for device miniaturization (5)(6). Peng et al. improved and optimized the prism-based TIRF setup for multiple color single molecule imaging with improved sensitivity and signal-to-background ratio (7).
