IEEE Comm. letter, rejected & resubmission allowed, 請教修改稿上傳形式？ 已有2人參與

投了一篇IEEE Comm. letter，收到rejected & resubmission allowed，編輯的要求理解的不太清楚，想請教一下有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)，謝謝了！ “You may revise and resubmit your manuscript to IEEE Communications Letters. When you do so, please include a cover letter that indicates the new submission is a revision of an earlier manuscript and the reference number of that prior manuscript. Also include as a supporting document a point-by-point response to the comments of the reviewers and the editor. The responses to comments file must be uploaded in PDF format in the same section in your submission as the body of your paper in ScholarOne Manuscripts, and not under the cover letter. Please also be aware that ALL submissions to IEEE Communications letters must complete the Electronic Copyright Process.” 1.“When you do so, please include a cover letter that indicates the new submission is a revision of an earlier manuscript and the reference number of that prior manuscript. ” 編輯的意思是不是：寫一份cover letter，包括之前原稿的修改內(nèi)容和編號？ 2.“Also include as a supporting document a point-by-point response to the comments of the reviewers and the editor. The responses to comments file must be uploaded in PDF format in the same section in your submission as the body of your paper in ScholarOne Manuscripts, and not under the cover letter. ” 編輯的意思是不是：寫一份response，不要放在cover letter中，而是單獨(dú)生成一份pdf文件，在上傳重投稿時(shí)一起上傳？還是寫在重投稿的后面一起生成pdf上傳？ 第一次投IEEE Comm. letter，沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，麻煩大家給點(diǎn)意見，謝謝了！ |
