通常作為習語，in 與 that 連在一起，后接一個由此that引導的句子，表示因為……。我在牛津詞典上找到這樣一個例句：She was fortunate in that she had friends to help her. 她很幸運，（因為）有一些朋友幫助她。我認為此句中的in 與你所給的句子中的 in 用法是一樣，只是你給的句子后面跟分詞，但都是作為狀語，表原因。按此句，意思大概是：（美國沒有履行其給伊朗的承諾，）因為它沒有確保伊朗在經(jīng)濟上從解除與核相關(guān)的制裁中充分受益。 that Iran fully benefits economically from the lifting of nuclear-related sanctions. |

嗯，厲害，聽力里確實是live up to，但是我還有一點不明白，直接用not ensuring that...不行嗎？放個in在哪里就有點不明白了，加個which也好啊，原句是這樣的 Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other Iranian officials have complained that the United States has not lived up to its commitments under the Iran deal in not ensuring that Iran fully benefits economically from the lifting of nuclear-related sanctions. |
