I?have?carefully?read?your?paper?but?regret?to?inform?you?that?I?do?not?think?it?is?suitable?for?further?consideration??for?publication?in?this?journal.???The?information?being?reported?is?not?sufficiently?new?as?the?data?would?originally?have?been?generated?as?part?of?the?Registration?package?for?pydiflumetofen?for?use?with?wheat??Your?HPLC-UV?method?is?perfectly?suited?to?use?in?field?trials?but?UV?detection?lacks?specificity?and?for?general?residue?surveillance,?methods?are?needed?that?cover?a?large?number?of?residues.? We?have?had?a?huge?recent?surge?in?submissions??and?in?view?of?pressure?on?journal?space?are?having?to?be?very?selective?in?papers?we?accept.???In?these?circumstances?I?therefore?do?not?think?I?can?justify?further?consideration?for?publication.
