小弟做了一個普通的香腸,和一個用蘑菇替代肥肉和部分瘦肉的香腸(命名為novel sausage,利用響應(yīng)面法做出的最好的蘑菇替代的香腸),然后把兩者進行了對比。投稿后審稿人有條意見是這樣的, If you take out all the fat and part of meat and replace it with mushrooms only to conclude that "novel sausage" has lower levels of fat, energy, and saturated fatty acid, but higher content of aspartic, glutamic, cysteine, methionine, proline, polyunsaturated fatty acid, and monounsaturated fatty acid then we must ask the authors what was the null hypothesis? Were they excepting a different conclusion? If not why prove the obvious? Yes, mushrooms have less fat, energy and saturated fatty acids then pork meat and fat and if you replace meat and fat from sausage with them was there a theoretical chance od discovering anything else but what's obvious? 請問下劃線的地方該怎么理解呢?該怎么回復(fù)這位審稿人呢?大哥大嫂救救孩子 ![]() ![]() 急,在線等擔(dān)心金幣不夠不能回帖,簽到領(lǐng)取金幣后必送上小紅花。 |

就說你結(jié)論太淺顯了,用一個脂肪少的蘑菇去部分代替肉腸里的肉,那就說你這肉腸少脂了?至少也要說明蘑菇加進去后對這個腸的性質(zhì)有促進或無任何不利影響或者說加進去的蘑菇能減輕高脂肉腸對人體的不利影響 發(fā)自小木蟲Android客戶端 |
