收到編輯意見，希望大家能幫忙出出主意，這篇文章已經(jīng)拒過兩次了。審稿人有一個(gè)意見因?yàn)闀r(shí)間和條件限制無法實(shí)現(xiàn)，再投希望大嗎？ Decision Reject and encourage resubmission Comments The manuscript has been improved from the initial submission but the authors failed to to reflect the implications and limitations derived from their experimental setup and the discussion along the review process. I encourage the authors to take into account the comments form the reviewers in the interpretation of their results and their conclusions.
