MDPI拒稿鼓勵重投 已有2人參與

投的applied sciences，計算機人工智能方向，昨天看到審稿人返回信息，一個直接說創(chuàng)新性不夠，另一個評價到比較正面，提了一些修改建議，今天編輯回了信，拒稿鼓勵重投。請有經(jīng)驗的朋友幫我分析一下這種情況好弄嗎，修改后重投錄用的可能大嗎？謝謝！ I am writing to you concerning the manuscript you recently submitted to Applied Sciences.
