探索不同反應(yīng)條件對(duì)肺癌導(dǎo)向分子分子葉酸和透明質(zhì)酸偶聯(lián)量的影響，確定導(dǎo)向分子的最佳偶聯(lián)工藝，用紅外光譜表征抗癌載體藥物表面分子基團(tuán)的變化，表明FA和HA分別通過(guò)酰胺鍵作用成功偶聯(lián)到了抗癌載體藥物表面。在最佳偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)條件下FA和HA的偶聯(lián)量分別為0.0237×10-3mol/g和0.0278×10-6mol/g，對(duì)導(dǎo)向分子偶聯(lián)前后抗癌載體藥物的載藥率進(jìn)行分析，PLA-NPs、FA-PLA-NPs和HA-PLA-NPs的載藥率分別為12.4%，12.1%和11.8%，表明導(dǎo)向分子的偶聯(lián)對(duì)抗癌載體藥物的載藥率影響較小。 @huangzx1314 再次謝謝  |

Explore the influence of different reaction conditions on the lung guidance molecules molecules folic acid and hyaluronic acid coupling, determine the best guidance molecules coupling process, characterized by IR carrier of anti-cancer drugs surface molecules group changes, indicating that the HA and FAthrough an amide key role in successfully coupled to the surface of the carrier anticancer drugs. FA and HA coupling in the the optimum coupling reaction conditions were 0.0237 × 10 - 3 mol / g and 0.0278 × 10 6 mol / g, were analyzed before and after the coupling of directing molecule anticancer drug loading of the carrier drug, PLA-NPs, FA-PLA-NPs and HA-PLA-NPs drug loading rates were 12.4%, 12.1% and 11.8%, indicating that the oriented molecules coupled anticancer drug drug carrier rate was less affected. 初次試水，不寧賜教�。�！  |
