上面這句話怎么理解呢？
是說(shuō)郵寄和E-mail二選一呢，還是郵寄和E-mai必須都有呢？

這是接收郵寄的稿件，但是更希望投電子稿件。所以電子稿件更好。如果E-mail給了編輯，就不需要郵寄了�。�
