合成TiO2納米粒子問題
我是按照下面的實驗步驟合成的:
Synthesis of Nanocrystalline TiO2 (Anatase). In a typical preparation, 0.5 mL of TiCl4 (Aldrich, 99.9%) was added slowly to 2 mL of ethanol and then mixed in 10 mL of anhydrous benzyl alcohol (Aldrich, 99.8%), leading to a yellow solution. The vial was loosely sealed and the sol was heated at 80 °C for a period of 9 h. A 1 mL volume of the resulting suspension was precipitated in 12 mL of diethyl ether and centrifuged at 5000 rpm to isolate the nanoparticles from the solvent and the unreacted precursor. The final precipitate was dispersed in 3 mL of ethanol and sonicated, leading to a transparent sol of nanocrystals.
但是合成出來的納米粒子在乙醇中并不能形成一個透明的溶液,只是分散成乳白色的。我想問問為什么會這樣?我合成的是TiO2納米粒子嗎?是不是粒徑太大了?這篇文獻(xiàn)報道的粒徑在10nm以下。還有,有沒有更好的簡單的方法合成在10nm以下的TiO2納米粒子?多謝
