氣相色譜條件的選擇。
最近我在一篇文獻上看到如下的實驗條件控制:
Gas chromatography experiments (GC) were performed with a Shimadzu GC-16A instrument using a 2m column packed with silicon DC-200 or Carbowax 20m. The nitrogen was used as carrier gas and FID as detector. A temperature programming conditions (120–200℃) was operated for GC experiments.
但是在文獻中我發(fā)現(xiàn)其要測定的物質(zhì)的沸點一般都在200-300℃之間,將溫度設(shè)在120-200℃間是如何檢測出來這些物質(zhì)的,是不是與氣相色譜柱的選擇有關(guān),求高人指點,不勝感激。
