今天收到一個(gè)老外的來信，說要和我尋求合作，問我有沒有興趣。我不知道怎么回復(fù)，各位幫忙看看，這個(gè)老外到底葫蘆里賣的什么藥。
  老外的來信見后。這個(gè)老外是我目前投到國(guó)外的一篇文章的審稿人。是個(gè)副教授（associate professor）。因?yàn)閷?duì)他的審稿意見沒有看懂，我們相互通過幾封email。

How is your paper doing? I hope that you could amend it making it
publishable.
Presently, I am in the planning of research projects on ........
triggering processes and the potential modifications that would be induced
by climate change. I was wondering if you were interested in building a
collaboration.
I will be moving to my new laboratory at the University of ....... from
November 1st. From this date on, I will be able to look for collaboration
funding and or travel for us to have a first contact if you are willing to.
