From what I have received from you, it is likely that we can invite you to join and study in our department provided that you can obtain the CSC scholarship. I will discuss this with Prof Bill Moran and let you know our decision shortly.  

By the way, can you let me know when you wish to come to Australia?  Do you need an invitation letter to support your scholarship application?
