如題，投了一篇JPCC，編輯發(fā)來郵件說：
Thank you for your recent submission to The Journal of Physical Chemistry (referenced above). Incomplete information has been provided, either in your cover letter or in Paragon Plus.  We are implementing certain requirements needed in our system before we can proceed further with the review process.


但是我進入JPCC的系統(tǒng)后，實在找不到從什么地方重新補充信息，本人第一次投這個雜志，還望投過的同學們告知一聲，不勝感激哈！
