摘要:乙酸乙酯是應(yīng)用最廣泛的脂肪酸酯之一,可用作重要的萃取劑和有機(jī)合成原料,還可用作稀釋劑、清洗劑、香料添加劑等。常用的合成方法為無(wú)機(jī)酸催化酯化法,但是無(wú)機(jī)酸催化存在著副反應(yīng)多、嚴(yán)重腐蝕設(shè)備、后處理麻煩、污染環(huán)境等缺點(diǎn)。為了克服這一缺陷,本文采用FeCl3改性陽(yáng)離子交換樹(shù)脂催化合成乙酸乙酯,并系統(tǒng)的研究了催化劑負(fù)載量、催化劑用量、醇酸物料比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間以及催化劑重復(fù)使用對(duì)酯化率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該催化劑具有良好的催化效果,當(dāng)FeCl3負(fù)載量為10%,催化劑用量為乙酸質(zhì)量的10%,無(wú)水乙醇和冰醋酸體積比為1.4:1,溫度為90℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為90min時(shí),乙酸乙酯的收率可達(dá)90%以上。

Abstract: ethyl acetate is an ester of fatty acid is one of the most widely used, can be used as extraction agent and organic synthesis of raw materials, but also can be used as diluent, cleaning agent, flavouring additives etc.. Synthesis methods for inorganic acid catalytic esterification,but inorganic acid as catalyst, there are many side reactions,serious corrosion of equipment, after treatment, environmental pollution and other shortcomings. In order to overcome this defect, this paper adopts FeCl3 modified cation exchange resin catalyzed synthesis of ethyl acetate, and systematic study the catalyst loading, catalyst dosage, alkyd material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst on the esterification was investigated. The experimental results show that the catalyst has good catalytic effect, when FeCl3 content is 10%, the dosage of catalyst is 10% of the mass of acetic acid, anhydrous ethanol and glacial acetic acid volume ratio is 1.4:1, temperature is 90 ℃, reaction time was 90min, the yield can reach more than 90% ethyl acetate.
