SCI文章有消息了，但是不知道說的什么意思？求幫助

我覺得他的意思就是說要你按他的要求作出相應(yīng)的修改和回應(yīng)，他對修改方式做了說明。要你不要重新投稿，要你把修改的清單怎么樣怎樣的跟原文一起發(fā)給他。中文很多期刊也是這樣的。
那意思是說沒有收稿也沒有拒稿
