    Abstract:  University dormitory management is an important content of university management in China. However, with the deepening of social reform of logistical management in universities, which as an important part of higher education reform, the popularization of higher education and the continuous development, diverse student population characteristics, those put forward the mew request to the college dormitory management. During the life in the university, dormitory is not only a place for students to rest, but also a place for their learning, living, entertainment and communication, in addition, dormitory is also the important place and carrier of ideological and political education for college students. Party’s eighteen report clearly put forward that “take strengthening morality education as the fundamental task of education”. This paper attempts to research on the establishment of the university dormitory culture with strengthening morality education as the core, create good environment and platform for the students to become a useful adult, at the same time it provide useful exploration for the college dormitory management ways and models. © Sila Science.
