機械設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)分析方向工程師招聘

工作職責(zé)：
1.        協(xié)助生物學(xué)家構(gòu)建新組件、模塊和設(shè)備模型；
2.        負(fù)責(zé)將概念轉(zhuǎn)化為詳細(xì)圖紙；
3.        和珠三角地區(qū)的供應(yīng)商一起生產(chǎn)原型機；
4.        和生物學(xué)家一起測試和改善原型機。

崗位要求：
1.        機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)；
2.        熟練使用Autocad，Pro/E,Ansys等設(shè)計分析軟件；
3.        擅長簡單有效的設(shè)計；
4.        愿意在一個多學(xué)科的團(tuán)隊工作；
5.        對醫(yī)藥或者實驗室設(shè)備（掌上型、臺式、立架式等等）感興趣；
6.        與珠三角供應(yīng)商溝通順暢；
7.        英文聽說讀寫熟練，可以和外籍同事合作；
8.        愿意在珠三角地區(qū)出差；
9.        愿意生活在廣州南沙。

具備以下經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮：
1.        設(shè)計和制造醫(yī)用或?qū)嶒炇以O(shè)備；
2.        了解流體力學(xué)和工藝設(shè)備（泵、閥門、反應(yīng)器等）；
3.        具備制造經(jīng)驗，尤其是塑料和金屬成型加工；
4.        精密工程和制造。

待遇：
月薪：6833元以上；

Engineer for Laboratory Devices Design and Development
At the center for Synthetic Bio-Engineering Research of SIAT/GIAT, we work on bio-engineering solutions for medical, environmental, and nutritional problems.
But we also intent to shape and improve the way how we and biologists around the world are doing research. In a multi-disciplinary team of biologists and engineers we work on modern, modular, miniaturized laboratory devices to make bio-engineering experiments faster and more reliable.
For this team we are now recruiting a mechanical/design engineer. You will be involved in the product development process from start to end, especially with the following tasks:
1.        Help biologists to develop new concepts for components, modules, and devices;
2.        Convert concept design to detailed design drawings for the manufacturing of prototypes;
3.        Work with suppliers in the Pearl River Delta to manufacture prototypes;
4.        Work with biologists to test and improve prototypes;

Requirements:
1.        Master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
2.        Good knowledge of 3D CAD (e.g. SolidEdge, ProE, ...)
3.        Talent to create simple and effective designs
4.        Willingness to excel in a multi-disciplinary team
5.        Interest in medical or laboratory devices (handheld, desktop, rack-mounted)
6.        Can communicate with suppliers and manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta
7.        Good grasp of English in speaking and writing to collaborate with English speaking project partners
8.        Willingness to travel in the Pearl River Delta
9.        Stationed at GIAT in Guangzhou/Nansha

Helpful experience and interests:
1.        Design and manufacturing of medical or laboratory devices
2.        Understanding of fluid mechanics and process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, reactors, ...)
3.        Experience with manufacturing, especially machining of plastics and metals
4.        Precision engineering and manufacturing
