他建議寫下自己的前 25 項職業(yè)目標(biāo)，再看看這 25 個目標(biāo)，從中圈出前 5 個。你沒圈的事情已經(jīng)變成你不惜一切代價要避免（Avoid-At-All-Cost）的清單。不管如何，在你的前 5 個目標(biāo)成功之前你都不要去關(guān)注那些事情。


Everything you didn’t circle just became your Avoid-At-All-Cost list. No matter what, these things get no attention from you until you’ve succeeded with your top 5.

2、喬布斯

喬布斯就不介紹了。

他說，很多公司都會列出明年要完成的 10 件事，但 “明智的公司會把事項縮減到 3、4 項。”

Jobs explained in a presentation that many companies will make a list of 10 things they want to achieve in a year, but “the smart companies will take that list and shrink it to three or four items.”

喬布斯會在蘋果員工面前擺上白板，寫下蘋果接下來要干的事情。然后喬布斯會把他認(rèn)為是愚蠢的想法劃掉，最后再把最終清單的后幾條刪掉。

Jobs applied this strategy to the “top 100″ retreats he would hold with Apple’s leadership. On the retreat’s last day, Jobs stood in front of his employees with a whiteboard and wrote down suggestions for what Apple should be doing next. Jobs then crossed off the ones he considered “dumb”. Then he crossed out the bottom seven for the final list.

3、Elon Musk

Elon Musk 從 PayPal 出來以后，成為 Tesla 和 SpaceX 的 CEO

他認(rèn)為有一個反饋回環(huán)非常重要，這樣你可以不斷去思考做了什么，怎么去做得更好。他覺得是這是唯一最好的一個建議：不斷思考如何做得更好，不斷對自己提問題。
