1. 主要研究方向：
（1）新型納米藥物設(shè)計：納米分子探針、多功能納米載體、可控藥物釋放、靶向藥物傳輸
（2）醫(yī)學(xué)分子成像與納米診治劑

3. 聘期待遇：
（1）薪酬≥26萬/年，文章獎勵另算；
（2）根據(jù)實驗需要可靈活選擇工作地點（美國或深圳）；在美期間的工作經(jīng)歷給予協(xié)助辦理留學(xué)回國證明，本聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式不影響美國留學(xué)經(jīng)歷；
（3）博士后人員進(jìn)站，可自愿選擇落戶深圳市。選擇落戶深圳市的，其配偶及未成年子女可辦理隨遷入戶。博士后子女入托、入學(xué)等按深圳市相關(guān)條例執(zhí)行。
（4）可在聘期內(nèi)以項目負(fù)責(zé)人身份申請各類科研項目；
（5）博士后期間如成功申請到國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、并發(fā)表高水平文章，在同等條件下可優(yōu)先考慮留深圳大學(xué)工作；
（6）博后出站后如留深大工作，可享受深圳市和深圳大學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定的待遇，包括申請荔園優(yōu)青（每年10萬元個人津貼，可連續(xù)資助9年）；符合深圳市孔雀計劃則可以獲得80~100萬住房補(bǔ)貼 + 300~500萬科研啟動經(jīng)費。

6. 合作導(dǎo)師簡介：
何前軍，博士，教授，瑪麗∙居里學(xué)者，深圳海外高層次人才。主要從事介孔納米材料的生物醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用方面的研究工作，在納米抗腫瘤藥物和納米生物學(xué)效應(yīng)等方面取得了一系列突出研究成果。近年來先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、歐盟第七框架項目等多項科研項目。在Advanced Materials、Biomaterials、JACS、Chemical Society Reviews等國際權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表SCI論文60余篇，其中第一作者/通訊作者論文30余篇，共引用3000余次（h指數(shù)31），單篇最高引用200余次，其中10篇論文入選ESI “Highly Cited Papers” (2015年ISI Web of Knowledge統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù))。申請并獲得授權(quán)專利4項，其中1項已轉(zhuǎn)讓給企業(yè)。榮獲深圳市海外高層次人才（孔雀計劃B類）、歐盟瑪麗居里國際引進(jìn)人才獎、中科院盧嘉錫青年人才獎、中科院院長特別獎、中科院“百篇優(yōu)博” 等獎勵。

Weibo Cai, received his BS degree from Nanjing University in 1995 and a PhD degree in Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego in 2004. After three years of post-doctoral training at the Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford University, he joined the University of Wisconsin - Madison as a Biomedical Engineering Cluster Hire in February 2008. Dr. Cai is currently an Associate Professor with joint appointment in the Departments of Radiology and Medical Physics.
    Prof. Cai is currently a member of the UW Carbone Cancer Center (UWCCC), UW Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine Center (UW-SCRMC), UW Cardiovascular Research Center (UW-CVRC), and the UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (UW-ICTR). In addition, Professor Cai is a trainer of several training programs at UW including the Biotechnology Training Program, Materials Science Program, Radiological Sciences Training Program, Graduate Program in Cellular and Molecular Biology, and the Chemistry-Biology Interface Training Program.
    Prof. Cai has authored > 170 peer-reviewed articles, 20 book chapters, > 200 conference abstracts, edited 2 books, and guest-edited many special topic issues for various peer-reviewed journals. His work has been cited > 10,000 times (H-index: 50). Prof. Cai has served on the Editorial Board of > 20 scientific journals, performed peer-review for > 100 journals, participated in many grant review panels, chaired many sessions of international conferences, among others. He is teaching a 3-credit class entitled “Multimodality Molecular Imaging in Living Subjects” which is offered in the spring semester every other year.
