一、課題組介紹
秘曉林,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。
現(xiàn)任大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),生物科學(xué)系主任。中國(guó)科學(xué)院引進(jìn)國(guó)外杰出人才“百人計(jì)劃”研究員,遼寧省“攀登學(xué)者”,入選遼寧省“十百千人才工程”。國(guó)家科技獎(jiǎng)、香山會(huì)議、國(guó)家重大科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、自然科學(xué)基金、博士后基金、美國(guó)自然科學(xué)基金研究生項(xiàng)目等評(píng)議人,多個(gè)SCI雜志編委,及Biomaterials, Genetics, Environmental Toxicology and Pharmacology, Food and Chemical Toxicology,International Journal of Nanomedicine,PLoS One等雜志審稿人。承擔(dān)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究計(jì)劃“973”項(xiàng)目、自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目等。作為通訊作者或第一作者,在Proceedings of National Academy of Science USA(PNAS), Current Biology, Oncogene, Human Molecular Genetics, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biomaterials, Journal of Cell Science, Genetics,Nanotoxicology等國(guó)際一流學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文多篇。
研究方向
主要致力于基因組穩(wěn)定性的保護(hù)和干細(xì)胞再生與分化的調(diào)控機(jī)制及其與疾病的關(guān)系等。研究方向包括:DNA損傷導(dǎo)致的細(xì)胞周期調(diào)節(jié)、凋亡、轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控的機(jī)制;腸道干細(xì)胞再生與分化的調(diào)節(jié);非編碼RNA在DNA損傷應(yīng)答的功能和調(diào)控及對(duì)腸道干細(xì)胞再生與分化的調(diào)控;腫瘤抑制因子對(duì)DNA損傷導(dǎo)致的細(xì)胞周期檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)、凋亡的調(diào)控,在抑制腫瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的作用和機(jī)制。

二、職位描述
崗位屬性:副教授或講師1人,開展科研工作,協(xié)助指導(dǎo)研究生,管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
崗位要求:生命科學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)博士畢業(yè),熟悉細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)知識(shí),掌握果蠅遺傳操作;或熟悉蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)、純化、定位、修飾、相互作用,以及蛋白質(zhì)與RNA相互作用等生物化學(xué)知識(shí)。
待遇:
1. 大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)正式編制,根據(jù)所發(fā)文章情況評(píng)定副教授或講師;
2. 工資待遇依據(jù)學(xué)校文件與職稱對(duì)應(yīng)。
