劉道然（Andy T. Y. Lau）博士，是2011年汕頭大學醫(yī)學院通過全球招聘重點引進的特聘教授，其負責組建的腫瘤生物學與表觀遺傳學實驗室實驗室，主要關(guān)注于腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的分子生物學和表觀遺傳學變化。因科研工作需要，現(xiàn)需招聘博士后1-2名，科研助理1-2名。

一．申請條件
1．國內(nèi)外大學或科研機構(gòu)的生物學、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學等相關(guān)專業(yè)獲得博士學位； （應(yīng)聘科研助理不要求博士學位，其他條件一致）
2．具有酵母分子遺傳相關(guān)的研究經(jīng)驗；
3．具有科研創(chuàng)新能力、團隊意識和合作精神；
4．具有良好的英文閱讀、寫作和交流能力。

二．相關(guān)待遇
1. 年薪：14萬元/年，發(fā)表SCI收錄的論文1篇，影響因子在3.0以上（含3.0），或發(fā)表SCI收錄的論文2篇，影響因子在4.0以上（含4.0），或取得一項國家自然科學基金項目，年薪提高到16萬元/年；（科研助理薪酬福利按國家統(tǒng)一標準對應(yīng)學歷和工作經(jīng)驗執(zhí)行）
2. 學校提供住宿或一定的租房補貼；
3. 對于表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者，本實驗室將推薦留校任教。

三．招聘程序

Applications are invited for appointment as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Epigenetics, Department of Cell Biology and Genetics, Shantou University, from as soon as possible until the position is filled.
Applicants should possess a PhD degree or equivalent in molecular biology/biochemistry or related fields. The fellow will participate in studying Yeast genetics and applications. The postdoctoral researcher is expected to lead his/her project and to train students working in the lab. We offer highly competitive salary and bonus from Li Ka Shing Foundation.
