職位描述:
1.        獨立進行小分子藥物的設(shè)計與合成，及工藝優(yōu)化等工作；
2.        負(fù)責(zé)具體藥物合成項目以及與內(nèi)外部相關(guān)人員的工作聯(lián)系；
3.        負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)開發(fā)研究員及助理研究員從事實驗室研究，分析總結(jié)實驗結(jié)果，撰寫研究總結(jié)報告及申報資料；
4.        計劃請購實驗室分析所需的儀器、試藥、試劑、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品、原輔料等。
Expectations: Work independently in conducting research projects in small-molecule based drug development; play important roles in and make great contributions to specific drug development projects; prepare research plans, reports and presentations; and report to Senior Research Scientist and Principal Research Scientist.

崗位要求：
1.        有機化學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士及以上學(xué)歷；
2.        熟悉NMR、HPLC、LC-MS等分析方法；
3.        具備良好的溝通及管理能力以及團隊意識；
4.        英語熟練，能夠獨立查閱文獻。
Qualifications: M.Sc. in medicinal/synthetic chemistry or closely related fields with research experience, or B.Sc. with 3-year or more experience, ideally in industrial settings or research institutional environment; innovative and initiative; strong team player and willing to play leadership in drug discovery and medicinal chemistry, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven solid scientific background and excellent problem-solving and literature searching capability; good communication in English being a plus.
