The right person will ideally have BS in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, bioengineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years related work experience. Experience with industrial lateral flow assay development and/or manufacturing is a basic requirement, so candidates without that experience will not be considered for this position. The work experience and fit within the organization are more important to us than academic qualifications, so please highlight that in your application. This position is located in our Carlsbad, CA location.

Experience leading a team of 2 - 4 associates is highly desirable, but not required.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively identify and resolve experimental challenges.
The candidate should be able to plan and conduct scientific experiments and should be able to effectively analyze, interpret, and present experimental results while collaborating with team members from a variety of backgrounds.
有2 - 4年的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將是非常好的，但不是必需的。
