There are the unique properties at oxide interface of two-dimensional electron gases.For example, strong correlation effect,high electron density,strong magnetism and two dimensional superconductivity.In this paper, we introduce two dimensional electron gas with high mobility in complex oxide heterostructures.Especially the transport problem of two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3.We introduce experimentally and theoretically understanding of the two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3.

Two-dimension（或者Two dimensional，中間的橫線就表示形容詞） electron gas on oxides interface shows unique properties like strong correlation effect,high electron density,strong magnetism and two dimensional superconductivity. In this paper, two dimensional electron gas with high mobility in complex oxide heterostructures was introduced ，especially the transport problem of two-dimension electron gas in SrTiO3. Moreover the experimental and theoretical understanding of the two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3 was also discussed.
