工作內(nèi)容：負(fù)責(zé)生物能源組儀器和設(shè)備等的操作，管理，設(shè)計(jì)和維護(hù)等。支撐生物能源組的研究和教育（包括本科生和研究生）計(jì)劃。生物能源組研究內(nèi)容包括生物質(zhì)化學(xué)（預(yù)處理，合成，氣化，水解，液化，燃燒等）和生物化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化(如, 微生物油、藻類生物柴油, 發(fā)酵制氫和丁醇等)及綠色溶劑和納米催化劑用于生物煉制。

申報(bào)條件：化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)（含本科及以上學(xué)歷）畢業(yè)，并在分析儀器和設(shè)備方面有5年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：如在分析儀器（GC，HPLC，TOC，UV，F(xiàn)T-IR，TPD，BET等）和反應(yīng)器（如高壓反應(yīng)釜，微波和超聲波反應(yīng)器及發(fā)酵罐等）使用管理和設(shè)計(jì)方面的經(jīng)歷。

1、納米和固體催化劑的制備及應(yīng)用，包括催化木質(zhì)纖維素水解并生產(chǎn)可發(fā)酵糖，合成化學(xué)品和生物燃料，和催化植物油制備生物柴油等；
2、水熱法水解纖維素、木質(zhì)纖維素生產(chǎn)可發(fā)酵糖、有機(jī)酸和化學(xué)品等，及木質(zhì)素的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用；
3、微生物發(fā)酵法轉(zhuǎn)化木質(zhì)纖維素水解產(chǎn)物生產(chǎn)油脂（生物柴油）、醇、酮、有機(jī)酸、氫氣及其它次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物。微生物發(fā)酵法轉(zhuǎn)化副產(chǎn)品甘油生產(chǎn)乳酸、丙二醇等化學(xué)品；
4、綠色溶劑的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用（水熱水，離子液體，有機(jī)電解液，超臨界流體等），雙功能催化劑合成及用于催化生物質(zhì)制化學(xué)品等。
Technician in Biofuels and Biorefinery (Nanjing China)

Location: Nanjing, China

College of Engineering, Nanjing Agricultural University (a top national university under the Ministry of Education of China) established a group for biomass and biorefinery in December 2015. A research technician is now being recruited within this group led by Prof. Zhen FANG to convert renewable biomass and agricultural wastes to biofuels and chemicals.

The technician will be expected to support the research and educational programs in the areas of bioenergy and bio-based products from biomass and agricultural wastes for undergraduate and graduate students, and researchers. Research areas of this group include thermo-chemical conversion processes, hydrothermal processes, green solvents (ionic liquids, supercritical fluids) for biorefining, synthesis of nanocatalysts for chemicals, biofuels, bio-diesel production processes, biological conversion processes (e.g., microbial oil, algae biodiesel, fermentation for hydrogen, ethanol and butanol), conversion of biomass to liquid, solid and gaseous fuels; separation of bioproducts; integration of biomass production/conversion/utilization concepts; and other relevant topics.

The candidates are expected to have a background in the above fields, educated in chemistry or related fields (with Bachelor degree or above), and five years experiences in operation and maintenance of analytical equipment (e.g., GC, HPLC, TOC, UV, FT-IR, TPD, BET) and lab reactors (e.g., autoclave, microwave and ultrasonic reactors, fermentor), and lab management and education.
