首先我們課題組是個(gè)大組(開(kāi)會(huì)將近20人）～有項(xiàng)目，以及充足的資金，和充足的實(shí)驗(yàn)資源－－儀器，辦公設(shè)備；缺儀器--買(mǎi)，缺實(shí)驗(yàn)人手--we will hire student helper;  充足的項(xiàng)目來(lái)源，保證實(shí)驗(yàn)室穩(wěn)定的流動(dòng)資金；

The candidates will be also involved in a variety of research activities to expand their horizons and develop solid skills for future research career. Publication and communication of findings are strongly encouraged. Internal research funding and man power resources are also available to encourage and support the research staff's self-motivated research initiatives.

Requirements
Master degree and doctorate degree holders in environmental engineering[環(huán)境工程］
atmospheric science or a closely related discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.［大氣科學(xué)以及相關(guān)或聯(lián)系的學(xué)科］
Candidates are required to have strong laboratory and/or field skills with a good understanding of aerosol and air pollution fundamentals. ［需要有基本實(shí)驗(yàn)技能以及對(duì)氣溶膠和大氣污染有基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)］
Instrumentation use experience, programming and algorithm development capabilities, large data assimilation experiences are bonus.［了解如何使用測(cè)量，監(jiān)測(cè)儀器；算法和編程；大數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先］
