The Computational Catalysis and Multi-Scale Modeling Group at the University of South Carolina (https://www.cse.sc.edu/~heyden/) is seeking a candidate for a multi-year postdoctoral position in the area of computational heterogeneous catalysis for the catalytic conversion of practical biomass platform molecules. An integral part of this project is integrating computational data with experimental data through data science techniques and collaboration opportunities with both experimental and computer science groups exist. Highly motivated candidates with a strong background in computational catalysis are encouraged to apply for this position. The start date is flexible but preferred to be in the next couple of months. Recruiting starts immediately until the position is filled with a suitable candidate.
