對于一個(gè)XRD圖譜（見附件圖片1），文獻(xiàn)中有這樣一段話：According to the Scherrer formula,the crystallite sizes in the a and c-directions can be calculated from the full width at half-height (W1/2) of the (110) and (003) reflections, respectively.
并給出了計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù)（見附件圖片2）。我不知道這個(gè)full width at half-height (W1/2)代表什么意思，并且是怎么得到數(shù)值的。還有crystallite sizes in the a and c-directions 的這兩個(gè)數(shù)值怎么得到的。
