拿到一個(gè)offer，對(duì)方HR發(fā)了一份要求填寫(xiě)hosting agreement的文件，可問(wèn)題是我都沒(méi)用看到合同和相應(yīng)的工作條款，這是個(gè)什么情況？難道不應(yīng)該先談?wù)労贤�再辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)嗎？
另外，里面要求通過(guò)郵寄簽名的照片，還有復(fù)印的簽證首頁(yè)，結(jié)婚證原件？？？還有出生證明原件？？？最后的是不是成績(jī)單呀？
Please print and send back via courier with the following documentation:
· Two signed passport photographs of yourself. These must be signed at the back and not
attached to the form.
· Two signed passport photographs of each of your immediate family members (spouse and/or
children) who will be travelling with you. These must be signed at the back and not attached to the
form
· Copy of your passport details page
· Original marriage certificate if your spouse is travelling to Ireland.
· Original birth certificates for yourself and any other immediate family members (spouse
and/or children) who will be travelling with you.
· Original transcripts of your qualifications.
那么這個(gè)結(jié)婚證是不是需要做翻譯和公證？出生證明去哪開(kāi)？
如果我先過(guò)去，我對(duì)象后面再過(guò)去，可以一起辦理簽證嗎？

郵件最后說(shuō)：
You will also need to present the following to the HR Office  when your employment begins;
· Your passport.
· The passports of each immediate family member (spouse and/or children) who will be travelling
with you.
· Your visa to the HR Office
