氫化度定義是什么？與碘值的區(qū)別是什么？比如說(shuō)全氫化植物油氫化度為0-10，那么碘值是不是也是0-10.
原文如下“Typically, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils have a degree of hydrogenation ranging from 0-80. Fully hydrogenated vegetable oils in the art typically have a degree of hydrogenation in the range of 0 to about 10.”
