Duties:
The appointee will work on the development of polymer based encapsulation materials for optoelectronics. He/she will work in a team which is responsible for:
1) The design of composite formulation and preparing samples for testing to meet the target performance;
2) Characterizations and testing at different process stages and evaluating the material performance;
3) Developing printing process and curing method in laboratory;
4) Performing other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
1) A PhD degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science/Engineering or related disciplines and fulfill at least one of the following technical requirements;
a) Experience in design, synthesis, purification and characterization of organic and/or polymeric materials;
b) Experience in handling, formulation, characterization and testing of functional polymeric materials, such as silicones or epoxies;
c) Knowledge in printing and curing methods is an advantage;
2) Positive, creative, analytical and good troubleshooting skills;
3) Have a sense of ownership for his/her work, good interpersonal and communication skills;
4) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
