Post-Doctoral Position in Carbon Nanomaterials

Post-docs are sought with experience in the synthesis of carbon nanomaterials (such as graphene, carbon foams, gels, hard-carbons, bio-derived carbons, etc) by chemical methods and their application in electrochemical devices (such as mobile ion batteries, supercapacitors, electrocatalysis).  The key requirement for this position is direct past experience in chemical synthesis of carbon-based nanomaterials, and hence someone with chemistry background is preferred.

A generous compensation package will be offered that includes:  competitive tax-free salary, free housing and utilities, health care (Medical and dental), 20 days annual vacation.


Appointments are for one year and may be renewed up to three years based on performance.
